Chicken Rice

Whilst I was back home for my holidays, my mummy made her really yummy hainan chicken rice from scratch! I especially love the extra spicy chilli, succulent chicken and fragrant rice! I miss home and cannot wait to go back for good in December... then I can have delicious home-cooked meals every single day. :)
