A simple dish for a quick dinner.
Marinate Salmon with salt, black pepper, lemon juice and olive oil and pan fry on a non-stick pan with no oil for about 2 minutes on each side. Do not overcook salmon or the fish will be very dry. The natural taste and juice from fresh salmon is the best!
Cook chinese brocolli and fish balls with some oyster sauce and serve with fish on top. Top with fried shallots and enjoy!
