Sakae Sushi

If you want affordable and reasonable Japanese food in Singapore, head to Sakae! The quality of the food is alright but for the price you pay, it's quite worth it. :) I personally prefer Ichiban Boshi or Sun with Moon at Wheelock Place!

Chawanmushi - steamed egg.

Soft shell crab

My ultimate fav - salmon sashimi.

Hotate - scallops.

Unagi - eel wrapped with cheese.

i personally prefer ichiban boshi and sushi tei over sakae because their standard has dropped tremendously.

ichiban boshi (@ wisma) used to be my favourite haunt but ever since they changed the staff / prices of food, i have since switched back to sushi tei.

i must admit that sushi tei can be quite expensive but it's worth the money. so yay for sushi tei! they serve nice ramen and their sushi salad is quite nice with the sesame dressing. *slurps*
