I am no great chef but I cook and bake for the pure happiness of seeing satisfied and smiling faces after a meal. The kitchen is my favourite place in the entire house and I love my hot chocolate and sweet & sinful desserts (in moderation!).

Hi Lin,
I had vermicilli, lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, onions, carrots (you can add thinly sliced panfried beef marinated in soya sauce or oyster sauce too).
Sauce - Fish sauce diluted with water, minced garlic, sugar, chopped chillies, freshly squeezed lime juice. :)
Oh I forgot, I added mint leaves to the salad too. Very important ingredient! Mint leaves give the salad a zing and very refreshing aftertaste.
