Salad Ideas...

So what do you do if you have loads of lettuce, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, avocado and fetta cheese in your fridge? Well.. the answer is to have salad everyday! Haha.. here are a variety of ideas for you guys... and they involve very basic ingredients.

Spiced chicken and egg salad.

Salad with Pan-fried salmon with shitake and oyster mushroom sauce.

Simple salad with all the ingredients and red onions topped with balsamic cream.
