Banana cupcakes with Chocolate Glaze

Fresh out from the oven!
Very light, moist and fluffy!
I covered the cupcakes with a simple chocolate glaze and then decorated it with M&Ms and Cadbury chocolate cubes.
Bananas and Chocolate are a match made in Heaven!

1tsp bicarbonate soda

Method:
1) Cream butter & sugar.
2) Add eggs, one at a time and beat well.
3) Add milk and banana, mix well.
4) Sift flour, baking powder & bicarbonate soda and add to mixture.
5) Bake at 180C for 35 minutes.
