INGREDIENTS:
2 cloves of garlic - chopped
4 slices of ginger
Garlic shoots
Oyster Mushroom
1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
Pinch of pepper
METHOD:
1. Stirfry garlic and ginger in 1/2 tablespoon of oil.
2. Add Garlic shoots and oyster mushroom
3. Add 1/2 cup of water and then add pepper and osyter sauce
4. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
