Chicken enchiladas - A tortilla rolled and stuffed usually with a mixture containing minced chicken meat meat, cheese, chickpeas and beans and served with a sauce spiced with chili, topped with chedder cheese baked at 180deg for 35-40 minutes
Served with corn chips, melted mozzarella cheese and tomato salsa on the side.

I am no great chef but I cook and bake for the pure happiness of seeing satisfied and smiling faces after a meal. The kitchen is my favourite place in the entire house and I love my hot chocolate and sweet & sinful desserts (in moderation!).
