Chicken Rice

I cooked up a storm (literally) for Eisen's birthday celebration with a group of good friends. My kitchen was in a MESS and I have yet to wash all the dishes. :S We had a little chicken rice competition and a friend and myself both cooked chicken rice from scratch. This is my masterpiece! hehehe.. thanks to my mummy for the wonderful recipe!
