Lemon and herb crusted fish fillet with side salad
This is sooooo simple yet exceptionally yummy.
Marinate a fish fillet (I used dory) with herbs of your choice.. dill and thyme go so well with lemon, add some salt and pepper to taste. Pan fry on both sides for about 3 minutes each and tadaaa... serve with a wedge of lemon and a side salad and you're ready to go!
