Oven baked portuguese salmon with side vegies.

I absolutely LOooooOOvvee salmon with crispy skin. All you need to do is marinate the salmon with some portuguese spices (as seen from previous post) and here's the secret, rub about a teaspoon of olive oil on the skin and bake the salmon fillet with the skin side up (180 degree oven for 15-20mins). The result is a beautifully cooked moist fish with an addictive crispy skin! The vegies are just some chinese bak choy, garlic shoots, carrots and fishballs cooked with some salt and pepper. A very healthy and delicious meal which takes less than 20 minutes!
