Cold Soba Noodles

Exams are fast approaching and I always make it a point to eat healthy home-cooked meals whilst preparing for my exams. Here are some ideas.. they can all be prepared and cooked in less than 30 minutes (the dumplings took me 15 minutes)... remember, you gotta feed that brain of yours if you want it to work! :P




Method:

Boil instant soba noodles for 3-5 minutes (as per instructions). Wash them under cold running water once cooked so that you will get a springy texture of the noodles.

Chop 2 pieces of fish cakes into smaller pieces and mix with cook noodles.

Dilute sauce as per instructions on bottle. I diluted mine in ratio 1 sauce: 1 water.

Sprinkle black and white sesame seeds and fresh crisp seaweed.

Dip soba noodles into separate bowl of sauce and slurp away!
