Lamb and roast vegetables.

Guess who cooked tonight? Presenting my very own guest chef - *drumroll*.... EISEN!! hahaha.. the boy grilled his favourite lamb while I chucked some vegies into the oven.

Lamb Marinate (marinate for at least 30 minutes):

2 tablespoon of olive oil

1 tablespoon of rosemary (we used dried rosemary, fresh would be better of course!)

3 cloves of garlic - smashed

salt and black pepper

added a little BBQ grill marinate too.

Pan-fry or grill for 1-2 minutes on each side.

Roast vegetables:

Pumpkin, sweet potato, carrots, potatoes, beans, corn.. whatever you like.

Chicken salt, pepper, various italian herbs.

Drizzle some olive oil, toss and put in pre-heated oven at 220degress for 30 minutes.
