A simple home-cooked dinner with plain porridge!
This is easy.. I am sure most of you know how to cook this.. just remember plently of chopped garlic! This doesn't look very good but it is a dish that I grew up eating! Egg with minced chicken/pork.
Method:
Stirfry 2 cloves of chopped garlic
Add 100-150g of minced meat and stir fry till cook. You can also add prawns, char siew (bbq roast pork), sliced chillies.
Beat 3 eggs together and pour over minced meat.
Allow egg to cook partially.. add 1 tablespoon of dark soya sauce, 1 teaspoon of oyster sayce, 1 tablespoon of water and a pinch of salt and pepper.
Scramble eggs and minced meat and serve with porridge!
